Lobster Season – Available Upon Request for February 2016
Hotel Centennial started its promotion of “Lobster Season” in the middle of December offering the finest Southern Tasmanian Crayfish. Due to the overwhelming success, we will continue to offer patrons access to this gorgeous crustacean on request during February.
We will only be available to provide this with 24 hours notice to our reservations team, so to avoid disappointment call today on 9362 3838 and we will order one in especially for you and your guests.
Guests can have their lobster cooked in the following ways:
- Grilled lobster thermidor
- Poached lobster in aromatic broth served with sauce vierge
- Lobster roasted over citrus salt with garlic, herb & miso butter
Hotel Centennial will continue to showcase its sustainably sourced Tropical Spiny Rock Lobster from the Gulf of Carpentaria on its Summer menu.
The Northern Lobster will feature in our pasta as well as our popular lunch lobster and crab omelette.
