Celebrate the launch of lobster season at our Centennial Lobster High Table Dinner, with each course featuring lobster from a different region.
Feast on sweet Southern Rock Lobster, Australia’s premium crayfish (Jasus Edwardsii) caught in the deep pristine coastal waters off Port Lincoln; Tom Vandernewt’s local cray’s caught out of the mouth of the Hawkesbury & Patonga regions of NSW; and Queensland tropical reef lobsters.
